Reflections for 2022

Another year is coming to an end and on reflection, if 2022 has taught us anything, it is the power of perspective. As we all manage uncertainty, we should be continually reminded that it is our mindset, and our perspective that dictate where we go next. The glass-half-full or half-empty analogy is as old as time but continues to ring true. Certainty has been in short supply, and the status of the economy continues to dominate headlines.

There is a lot out of our control. However, there is also a lot we can control. Perspective helps us come back to what’s important, and at this time of year family and friends are like gold dust - they remind us that we are more capable and resilient than we think.
